BBQ Baby Back Ribs - Belmont Day!

I started with a rub of brown sugar, cayenne, cumin, garlic, salt & pepper on the ribs and slow cooked them at 225 for about 8 hours. Then I sauced them with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and Michael took them to the grill for a fantastic char. Enjoyed with a twice baked potato and tossed salad.
