While vacationing in Myrtle Beach, I enjoyed a wonderful Arugula and Roasted Beet Salad with Walnut Crusted Goat Cheese, Haricot Verts, Shaved Red Onion, with a Ginger Sesame Vinaigrette topped with bbq salmon.
Also loved the fish taco for lunch at the Tiki Bar at the pool.
