Gaylord Opryland Resort, Nashville, TN


What an awesome place - a 9 acre complex with lush indoor gardents with cascading waterfalls! 
Wasabi's was the first restaurant I tried -  I enjoyed the Spicy Tuna Sushi with pickled ginger and wasabi.  Delicious!
Cascades:  Nice salad of yellow beets, blue cheese and candied walnuts and Halibut with artichoke mashed potatoes and broccolini.  Fantastic!

Ravello:  Southern Italian Cuisine:  The chefs are very accomodating as I chose a gluten free entree of chicken piccata served over quinoi pasta.  The pasta was silky and scrumptous!

Solario:  I chose the Solario Salad made with baby lettuces, crunchy bacon, spicy pumpkin seeds and avacodo. Also shared the trio of tacos - 3 hard shelled tacos with pulled pork, shredded beef and pulled chicken.
