Oriental Salad

I created a refreshing salad of red and yellow peppers, celery, scallions overflowing from a stuffed cherry tomato onto a crisp romaine leaf was  The salad was marinated in a soy sauce and rice wine vinegar.  I served this with a pasta with a sauce made with peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger and hot chili sauce topped with shrimp.
