Dandelion Salad





After a fun day at the Pirate game (a win!), we enjoyed dinner at Bigelow Grille.  We shared the dandelion salad which I loved!  Bitter greens in a light vinaigrette topped with goat cheese.  The bartender talked me into trying the Calamari with lipstick peppers, chorizo, almonds and spinach. Even though he promised the calamari would be tender, it was chewy and not to my liking.  Michael chose the Tagliatelle with San Marzano tomatoes, chick peas and spinach.
