Penn Stater, State College, PA


The chef at the Penn Stater was very accommodating  I noticed a Vegetable Panini Sandwich on the menu that looked delicious but I did not prefer to have the bread.  So I asked him to create a salad from the same ingredients and WOW!  The salad combined roasted eggplant, red peppers, zucchini, provolone cheese on top of spinach tossed in a vinaigrette.  Hummus and capanoata were served alongside. Delicious!  Just $6.50!
