Helens at 7 Springs

During Autumnfest at 7 Springs, Michael and I stopped into Helens Restaurant where I tried the Tomato-Gin Soup.  It was an Indian inspired soup that was served to me by Chef Weinstein.  The bowl arrived with goat cheese then Chef poured the hot tomato soup over the cheese.  Curry was the dominant taste along with the tomato and cream.  Simply delicious!
