Citricos, World Marriott, Orlando Florida

 
CitricosWhile attending the Women's Food service Forum's Annual Leadership Conference, I had the pleasure of participating in a culinary lunch experience at Citricos in the Grand Floridian Hotel in Disney world.  Tastings included:
 Panadas -Spiced and Slow-cooked short ribs in crisp Phyllo with Tamarind Sauce
Asparagus Risotto
Tiramasu
