Low Country Foil

 
I took this idea from Katie Lee of The Kitchen on the Food Network.  I simply added raw deveined shrimp, clams, Andouille sausage, corn on the cob, parboiled redskin potatoes and carrots along with sliced lemon and butter.  I double wrapped it in foil and put on the grill for 15 minutes.  Really enjoyed this seafood feast!
