Warehouse Bar & Grill

While in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, I took a walk perusing menus on the menus posted outside the restaurant until I found what I was looking for:  Corn meal crusted oysters...one of my favorite tastes at the Warehouse Bar & Grill on King Street.  The lightly dusted oysters were deep fried and were served with a chili corn sauce and accompanied by wilted spinach topped with smashed potatoes.  The unique restaurant featured caricatures of the local gentry on the walls of the historic building.
