Smokey Black Bean Bisque

 
This was a delicious, hearty bisque that I recently made based on Geoffrey Zakarian's recipe on The Kitchen on the Food Network. I sautéed onion, garlic, carrots and celery,  then added canned black beans, cumin, chile powder and chipotle in adobe sauce.  Then I pureed it and added cooked Andouille sausage and served with a fresh lime garnish and a dollop of sour cream.
