Fettuccini Alfredo

I took inspiration from a recipe I found of Giada De Laurentis where she added lemon to the alfredo sauce. Fresh fettuccini, butter and light cream with the juice of a Meyer lemon that I found for the first time at the grocery store. I splurged on the best Parmasan Reggiano... the piece de resistance and sprinkled a touch of nutmeg. A frisee salad with a white balsamic vinegarette accompanied Saturday night's dinner. Delicious!
