Salmon with Sweet Chile Glaze & Snap Peas
Great recipe from bon appetit - Michael & I both enjoyed the salmon with sweet chile glaze. I served it with with pineapple, scallion & yellow pepper fried rice along with stir fried snap peas accompanined with a glass of Chardonnay while we watched March Madness. Go West Virginia!
