Phillips Restaurant, Philadelphia

Thoroughly enjoyed Chilean Sea Bass, Frangelico buerre blanc, mashed potatoes, and asparagus and carrots with a glass of chardonnay. Fantastic!  My colleague, Caroline loved the crab cake and mac & cheese.
