The Melting Pot, Pittsburgh, PA

Our daughter treated us to a special night out at the Melting Pot at Station Square. We chose the Fondue Fusion with wonderful bites of Lobster Tail, Sesame Crusted Teriyaki Sirloin,Citrus Infused Pork Tenderloin, Sushi-Grade Ahi Tuna, Garlic Chili Chicken Breast, Kiwi Lime Shrimp, Spring Vegetable Dumplings and Fresh Vegetables....all cooked in a Caribbean-seasoned bouillon with distinctive flavors of fresh garlic with a citrus flair. We started our meal with Cheddar Cheese Fondue, a combination of Aged, medium-sharp Cheddar and Emmenthaler Swiss cheeses, lager beer,garlic and seasonings followed by Asian lettuce wraps that were fantastic!. The grand finale was the cookies and cream fondue with fresh strawberries, marshmallows and cheesecake. Loved sharing such a great meal with my two favorite people....Jessica & Michael. (Our server was a bit silly....reminded me of Pee Wee Herman!)
