Gigi's Restaurant, Philadelphia, PA

Gigi's offered a great selection of tapas all with interesting presenations. Four grilled scallops were each served on top of a cube of watermelon and garnished with frisee and cilantro oil. I also tried a side of the lobster risotto.... spectacular!

I duplicated the risotto at home and it was a winner as well.
