Beef Short Ribs

Slow cooked the short ribs for about 9 hours with carrots, celery,onion, garlic, tomatoes, red wine and balsamic vinegar. Served the rib standing vertically atop creamy mashed potatoes with the pureed sauce from the short ribs and a few carrots. Served with a roquefort and romaine salad and Fetzer Cabernet Sauvignon.
