New Years Eve
Invited friends to dinner to celebrate the New Year. Lobster Thermidor with twice baked potatoes and grilled asparagus and Cava Sparkling Wine. For dessert I created a tiny parfait of amaretto flavored marscapone topped with a red respberry.
