I created a fantastic spring salad by mixing broccoli slaw, slivers of red pepper, snow peas, mandarin oranges, cashews and cubed chicken breast that was marinated in soy and sessame oil and baked. Everything was then tossed with a dressing of soy sauce, rice vinegar,garlic,ginger,sessame oil,brown sugar and chili sauce. I served fried won tons on the side. The won tons were filled with chicken with a peanut sauce.
