Michael & I celebrated our friend's 66th birthday with him and his wife at our local favorite restaurant. Nino’s Restaurant is housed in a converted farmhouse–and former speakeasy–in Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands. I ordered from their new gluten-free menu and was quite pleased with the Scrod in butter and lemon sauce and a side of rice pasta in marinara sauce. Michael loved the eggplant parmesan and caprese salad while our friends enjoyed the filet mignon and zucchini parmesan.
