Happy Valentines Day!


Tonight we enjoyed a delicious gratin - layers of halibut and crab with a cramy layer of mushroom sauce topped with bubbling gruyere cheese and a side of grilled asparagus with a balsamic glaze.  Frei Brothers Chardonnay accompanied our meal topped off with dessert of vanilla ice cream with warm chocolate sauce and red raspberries.
