Sessame Seared Tuna with Wasabi and Pickled Ginger


The seared tuna was delicious coated with the sessame seeds and served with the pickled ginger, wasabi and a soy dipping sauce.  I created a soup with chicken stock, mushrooms, scallions, peanut butter and rice noodles and it was absolutely delicious!
