Cuba Libre Restaurant, Philadelphia, PA


I enjoyed a delicious tasting menu for lunch recently consisting of:

Shrimp Ceviche, Cuban style shrimp cocktail with avocado salsa
Seafood Soup with shrimp, scallops, crabmeat and mussels in a coconut milk broth with truffle oil.
Fresh Mahi-Mahi filet with black rice with salsa verde and chipotle allioli.
