Nittany Lion Inn, State College PA

I love returning to the Nittany Lion Inn's restaurant in State College  This evening I tried a spin on Surf and Turf.......grass fed beef short rib rolled in a veal demi paired with seared scallops and a thai style red curry sauce, served with a cilantro basmati rice and sugar snap peas.  I chose the tapas portion and it was plentiful ...... melt in your mouth delicious!  Enjoyed with a glass of Pinot Noir.
