Beef & Vegetable Stir Fry
The combination of soy sauce, mirin, toasted sesame oil, ginger, garlic and chili oil added a punch of flavor to the thin slices of beef tenderloin, peppers, mushrooms and scallions. A few sprigs of cilantro added a brightness to the dish.
