
Enjoyed a wonderful evening on Penns Landing in Philadelphia with Jessica, Anthony and Michael this summer. The atmosphere was awesome as we ordered a cocktail from the upper level with a view of the Delaware River. I ordered a refreshing cocktail called the Ship Wrecked - Captain Morgan white, Stirrings ginger, Amaretto and fresh squeezed lime. For dinner I enjoyed mustard crusted rainbow trout stack with braised beef short rib, Yukon potatoes, creamy melted leeks, smoked tomato jam and red wine sauce. I also tried Jessica's Lobster Bisque and it was creamy and delicious. It was a great experience causing me to add it to one my favorite restaurants list.
