Thoroughly enjoyed a business lunch recently in Armstrong County. I chose a cup of Ratatouille, a traditional French Provençal stewed vegetable dish, that was loaded with succulent vegetables including eggplant, zucchini, peppers, onions, tomatoes and herbs. For my entree I chose the jumbo lump crab cake appetizer served with a side of roasted red pepper sauce...scrumptious!
