Red Grouper with Watercress Salad
The watercress salad with peas and mint in a roasted sessame oil and rice vinegar dressing with a touch of soy sauce was a great accompaniament to the baked Red Grouper. Served with a 2010 Robert Mondavi Sauvignon Blanc
