Polenta & Quinoi Pasta
Tonight we dined on grilled polenta with quinoi pasta and Michael's famous pepperoni tomato sauce garnished with shavings of Parmigiana Regiano. We enjoyed a side of beans and greens along with a glass of Merlot. Perfect for a cool Autumn evening.
